TRABZON, May 28 (AA) - Flights started Friday between the Northeastern
province of Trabzon and Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia. The flights which
will be once a week each way have been organized by the Sarptur tourism
company.
Flights from Tbilisi to Trabzon will depart from Tbilisi at 9.15 p.m. local
time on Sundays, and will land at the Trabzon Airport at 10.15 p.m. local
time.
The flights from Trabzon will be at 9.30 a.m. local time on Mondays.
The officials said that tickets cost US $77 per person, inclusive of taxes,
adding that bigger aircraft could be allocated for these flights if there
is an increasing demand.
